Our rates include : full board from dinner the first day to breakfast the last day, wine at the table, open bar, excursions, bicycles on board and transfers between the barge and the meeting points. 

Our rates do not include :
a) Gratuities for crew members (five per cent of the cruise price is suggested).
b) Travel Insurance : we strongly recommend taking out a policy to cover cancellation and baggage damage/loss.
c) Insurance for personal accidents and damage or theft of personal property. 

Deposit of 30% required when booking.
Balance due 3 months before departure date 

 Cancellation fees : 

- 120 days before arrival date : 15% of the price
- 90 days before arrival date   : 35% of the price
- 60 days before arrival date   : 55% of the price
- 30 days before arrival date   : 75% of the price
- 14 days before arriival date   : 80% of the price
- Under 2 weeks                     : 85% of the price 

We recommend our clients to protect themselves from unavoidable cancellation fees by acquiring suitable travel insurance. All reservations are subject to the terms listed above
